Despite being asked by numerous people to take on personal coaching clients, it was never really something I wanted to do.  Perhaps it was selfish, I preferred working on my own business, unencumbered by the problems of other people or perhaps it was something else.  Recently, I’ve had a considerable change of heart and have decided to open up just 10 SPOTS for personal coaching clients.

My intention is to work closely with you on your business and help you with your problems.  I’m open to discuss:

  • High level strategic guidance
  • Problems within your business
  • Mindset issues
  • Product Creation and Design
  • Accountability
  • Tactics and Techniques

Everything I do, I do very hands on and this will be no different.  This won’t be like other coaching programs where I do the absolute bare minimum, I want to get to know you, what you’re doing in your business and how I can help you do it better.  To achieve this, we’re going to go through the following engagement process in the first month:

  • Initial Telephone/Skype “briefing” for an hour
  • Detailed Report BY YOU On Where Your Business Is Presently At
  • Completion of a “Goals and Targets” worksheet
  • Skype/GoToMeeting/Telephone Strategy Planning Session (2 – 4 hours)
  • Accountability Sign Off

To summarize those points, we’re going to talk for an hour and you’re going to tell me a bit about yourself and we’ll get to know each other.  You then will have to complete a detailed report for me as to the current state of your business – this is really important because not only do I want to see where your business is, I want to see where YOU think your business is.  From there you’ll complete a worksheet outlining your goals and targets for the year not just for your business, but for you as the CEO of your business.  I’ll then review your goals and study your business update report and from there, we’ll have a strategic planning session where we’ll map out your plan of attack on how to achieve your goals.  Finally, we’re going to turn that roadmap into an Accountability Statement for you, that you’re going to need to sign-off on EVERY month.

I believe in holding people accountable and I’m going to do my best to do that with you.  I’m going to be there with over the next year to make sure we get you where you want to go.  How are we going to do that?

Each month we’re going to:

  • Have a 1 Hour telephone/Skype/GoToMeeting business update session
  • You’re going to update your Accountability Worksheet and send it to me
  • I’m going to send you a Progress Report

So every month, we’re going to get on a call, pull out your strategic plan and your updated Accountability Worksheet and go over where you’re at in meeting your goals.  I’ll also be able to answer questions about your business or whatever during that call.  We’ll also catch up during that time personally, just to see how you’re going!

Sometimes though, things are urgent, I know that and I want to be there for you!  To help that:

  • You’ll get my personal cell phone number
  • I’ll give you my private email address
  • You will have my Skype details

Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not going to build your websites or write your copy, but if you’ve got a MAJOR issue that can’t wait, then you have the means to contact me.  Obviously I make it clear that I live in Australia and so I only ask that you respect my family, but beyond that, I’ll try and be there if you need me.

One last thing, you’ll also get FREE access to any products or reports I release during the time you’re my student.  This doesn’t include bonuses and things I offer people from time to time or any Mastermind Groups or Private Client offers I may make, but you’ll get heavily discounted access to those if you want them as well!

The final piece of this jigsaw puzzle is obviously… Price!

I think a program like this works best over twelve months, but as this is the first time I’m offering it, I’m willing to agree to six months!  Personally, I think setting annual goals and plans work better, but maybe some of your work better under pressure!

For the six month plan, the price is a single payment of US$7,500.

For the twelve month plan, the price is one-time payment price of US$10,000.
